When Shua was of the age of 7, his mother, named Yahwen, was on an assignment
for the band of thieves. She was stealing something very important and
heavily guarded. When she had got the item, one of the guards noticed her
and killed Yahwen on the spot. He then sent her hand back to the thieves. This
dismayed Shua's father, named Hefrit, and he went out looking for a new wife.
He was wandering around one night when a drow woman happened to see him. She caught his eye, and they started fighting. Seeing that Hefrit was a good advisary, she offered to be mates. Hefrit agreed, and the drow woman(Ko'lis) had a son and named him Prolithe. She didn't want a son though, and noticed he was rather small. She went to kill Prolithe, when Hefrit stopped her. He and Ko'lis fought and Hefrit almost killed Ko'lis, but he stopped and told her never to return. He took Prolithe, and raised him up with Shua his now half-brother.
Prolithe had grown up to be very good an thievery, and skilled in killing. Which was part of his drow side. Unknowingly, his mother Ko'lis had been watching him as he grew up, and had been casting spells on him to try to get him to come back to her. Seeing that he was not as she had thought. She everntually got him to leave the band of thieves at around the age of 8 around the same time Shua, age 15, left the thieves.
He was quickly taken up by Ko'lis and she took him to the underdark and taught him there, taught him of the ways of the drow and to be a drow. She was eventually killed in a battle and Prolithe needed somewhere to go. He had heard of rumors of a human in the Underdark, with a drow Qu'Ellar, and went out seeking for this Qu'Ellar When he found it he found that the human was infact his half-brother Shua, so Shua invited him to join and he now resides there.
