Ul'Olplyn Shua Sar'Nav'ell
l'jaluk'z'ress
Leader
A young boy from outside of Midgaard. He grew up with a band of thieves
that had plans on taking over Midgaard. Most of the thieves were from
different lands and Shua learned from all of them. His accent is from them
too. A mixture of them. One of his masters dubbed him a cajun. No one
knows what it means, but it has stuck with him.
After the age of 13, he left the band to adventure and practice his skills
on unsuspecting people. Stealing was his trade, and that's how he stayed alive.
By the age of 16 he was becoming known as the best wallet thief around.
He was able to steal more, but he enjoyed the thrill of watching his victims
as they find out of thier belongings are missing.
At 17, he went on to find a home. He tried to straighten up and join
the Prophets, but there was no way he could. So he went with some Explorers
but didn't like the constant moving about. He couldn't learn the areas or the
people to steal from, so he joined a group of drow. They took him in
and taught more than just petty theft. They taught him of assassination
and torture. He stays with them in the UnderDark and follows what Illharess
Eisa and the Goddess Lloth tell him to do.
Three years later at the age of 20, he left Sar'Nav'ell to join the House
of Jhereg. This was a choice to gain power. knowing of Jhereg's reputation
thoughout Thera. He became an enforcer for the Jhereg, and did tasks for
them while trying to gain a plot of land for himself.
Lloth had looked upon Thera and noticed that her followers we losing
control. She decided she needed to step in and get her Qu'Ellar back into
order. With this in mind she thought one of the things to do was to get
the heartless cajun back. He had left on unknown circumstances. Probably
looking for fame and fortune, but these things are not what Lloth is
conserned with.
Shua, who left Sar'Nav'ell a while back, was now in the House of the
Jhereg. A clan that follows Verra. Shua still followed Lloth, to some
extent, he felt that she was the one for him. But now the problem was
getting Shua back. In House Jhereg, the main way to get out is by death.
Lloth thought hard on this, and decided she would kill Shua herself, then
bring him back. This time he would follow her with an even more heartless
rage.
In order to get this rage, he would have to start his training over, so
she took him back to the age of 17, when he first joined Sar'Nav'ell. He
will be put back as just an Olplyn, and must again gain the title of
Ul'Olplyn.
After gaining his Ul'Olplyn status in the Qu'Ellar, he then went on and learned
assassination. He would no longer just be a thief for the Qu'Ellar, he must now
also help with killing those who stood in the way of the Qu'Ellar's progress.
